Rental Amenities
Location and Lobby
Located in Long Island City, Queens with plenty of surrounding restaurants. Friendly reception, water fountain, ADA- Approved bathroom, lobby seating, and drinks available for purchase
Studio Space
High-Power Central A/C Units, Standing bluetooth speakers, bright or dimmable overhead lights, Column-free studio space, sprung wood dance floors, and large expansive mirrors
Rental Add-Ons
RGB color LEDs, spotlights, infrared, party decker lights available for rent. Ask us when you book your rental or talk to reception.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do rental cancellations and refunds work?
You are eligible for a full refund upon cancellation up until 24 hours before the rental start time. For Event/Party rentals you are eligible for a full refund 72 hours before your rental start time.

No refunds or class credit will be issued for any absence or for any lateness. We do not compensate you for, or move your rental time for reasons involving your lateness as the renter.

What does checking in for my studio rental look like?
It's as simple as walking through the doors and announcing yourself to the staff at the front desk.

What is included in my rental booking?
Each rental includes speakers with Bluetooth and AUX capability, free access to Wi-Fi, a central heating and cooling duct system, and dimmable track lights.

Are chairs and tables included?
We supply one fold-up table and two chairs with your rental. Guests typically rent or bring their own for events that require more.

What can be added to my rental booking?
For a small fee, you can rent additional lighting and furniture:
  • RGB LED lights
  • Party Decker (laser/projection light show)
  • Spotlight
  • Loveseats
  • Accent Chairs

Am I able to bring food/drink for my rental booking?
We don't allow food or drink in the studio. Ask a manager about light hors d'oeuvres and other exceptions.

Are there any shoe restrictions or quiet hours?
We don't allow tap shoes or stilettos on the sprung hardwood floors. Exceptions must be approved by a studio manager. Make all the noise you want!

Is the lobby space available for my rental booking as well?
The lobby space can be included with your booking of Studio EC for an additional hourly fee. Ask the studio manager if you want to add it to your booking.
